LQV - Air cross-flow gasification
Description:
For energy recovery from organic products was in 1993/94 the cross-flow-air-gasification developed by VER GmbH and then a corresponding pilot plant was taken in operation in Freital near Dresden.
The plant has a capacity of 15 to 30 kg/h. It is used to test the suitability of different gasifier feedstock in terms of their composition and processing. Furthermore, interpretation of project planning data, data for eventual necessary approval procedures and construction of major gasification plants will be developed.
On behalf of FEE e.V. in 1997, an EU-funded project (JOR3-CT) was performed for the gasification of SGF with this test plant. The final report on this 150-hour-test (JOR3-CT) can be found under publications.
